As an admin, you can lock employees' ability to add more skills and specialisations to their profiles, helping ensure that the information entered accurately reflects their skill level.

Steps to Enable Profile Locking from the admin dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings: Open the settings page from the side navigation bar.
  2. Enable Employee Profile Locking: Select "Employee profile locking enabled."

  1. Lock Profiles: Once enabled, you’ll be able to lock skills and specialisations on individual employee profiles. If you’d like to lock skills and specialisations for all employees, simply select the additional toggle that appears when profile locking is enabled.

Marking Employee Skills as Approved/Verified

After reviewing and confirming that an employee’s skill levels meet your standards, you can add a badge to indicate their skills have been verified.

To do this, simply select a badge from the dropdown menu under the freelancer’s profile.
